Welcome to “Power of Me” — A Place Where Kids Discover Their Power
Today’s teens and pre-teens are growing up in a world where external opinions, social media pressure, and constant comparison can deeply affect their sense of self-worth. Many kids suffer quietly from bullying, body shaming, or the feeling that they’re never “enough.”
This can lead to serious psychological challenges — including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and long-term self-esteem issues.
We believe it shouldn’t be this way.
Every child deserves to feel:
01.
02.
03.
Strong in their body
Safe in their voice
Proud of who they are
We are here to give them the tools to protect themselves — emotionally, mentally, and physically — so they can grow up feeling empowered, confident, and free from the traps of toxic self-image or peer pressure.
This program is about prevention, education, and transformation.
We build confidence from within — and give kids real-life tools to thrive.
Confidence. Self-Love. Strength for Life.

Ilona Kachurovska
CERTIFIED TRICHOLOGIST, CHICAGO
Ilona Kachurovska is a certified medical trichologist with international experience, specializing in hair and scalp health. She provides professional diagnostics, personalized treatments, and effective solutions for hair loss, thinning, scalp conditions, and overall hair restoration.
Ilona emphasizes that hair health is essential for our overall well-being and self-confidence. With the right care and treatment, many conditions can be improved or fully resolved.
Her practice is not only about beauty but also about addressing deeper issues. One of her teenage clients developed premature gray hair due to bullying at school. This story highlights how emotional stress directly impacts health — and why it is important for parents to recognize signs of bullying, protect their children, and seek professional help when needed.
We are proud to present Ilona on our platform as an expert who combines medical knowledge with compassion, raising awareness about both hair health and the broader challenges children and families may face.
